1. Do you know the proper spot to connect?

Desktop Instructions:

- Click on the profile picture bubble on the top right corner
- Ensure you are on your Business Page
- Click Settings & Privacy
- Click Settings
- Click Linked Accounts
- You will see a Blue Connect Account Button
- Use your Instagram Login Information
- Check if your Instagram Account is a Business Account

Mobile Instructions:

- Go to your profile and tap in the upper right corner.
- Tap Settings and privacy.
- Tap Account type and tools.
- Tap Switch to professional account.
- Tap Continue.
- Select a Category for your business and tap Done.
- Tap OK to confirm.
- Tap Business,
- Then Go back to step 1

2. Do you have the proper access to your Facebook Business Page?

- Desktop Instructions:
- Click on the profile picture bubble on the top right corner
- Ensure you are on your Business Page
- Click Settings & Privacy
- Click Settings
- New Pages Experience
- Look at your access it must be FULL CONTROL to be able to make the connection

3. Check to see if there is a Block on your Business Account or Personal Facebook Account

- This site will tell you any issues that are attached to your account that could be causing an Issue

1. Make sure your username and password are up-to-date.

Before you go through any of the following steps, make sure the username and password you’re using to enter your account are accurate and up-to-date. Since we have to reset passwords so often, it’s not uncommon to accidentally enter an old password or old email out of muscle memory. Check your records and passkey accounts to be sure you have the right info.

2. Use the Find My Account page.

First, go to the Find Your Account page at facebook.com/login/identify and follow the instructions. Make sure to use a computer or mobile phone that you have previously used to log into your Facebook account.
Search for the account you want to recover. You can search for your account by name, email address, or phone number.
Follow the on-screen steps to reset the password for your account.

3. Recover your Facebook account from a friend’s or family member’s account.

From a computer, go to the profile of the account you’d like to recover.
Click more below the cover photo.
Select Find support or report profile.
Choose Something Else, then click Next.
Click Recover this account and follow the steps.
