Do you want to use your creative and strategic mindset to help small to medium sized businesses? We
are looking for a highly organized, self-directed Social Media professional to join our team. The Social
Media Specialist will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of not only YPC Media’s social
media brand but will also manage and execute multiple social media products for our clients.
YPC Media is based in Rochester, NY with a up and coming new location in Charlotte, NC. The Social
Media Specialist will be based out of the Charlotte, NC office where you will help develop our presence
in the South!

● Develop social media strategies for YPC Media and sister companies
●  Manage all social media products from YPC Media's menu of products
o This includes paid and organic social media strategies.
● Assist in developing strategies and potential services for top YPC Media Clients
● Create and maintain monthly reports on current products and emerging trends to report
directly to the Director of Operations
● Expertise in paid media, with a focus on social media; knowledge of programmatic, search
and/or traditional media experience a plus
● Identify opportunities to improve the social media products and services YPC Media provides
to their customers.

Desired Requirements and Skills:
● A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
● 3-5 years of social media management experience
● Any Facebook Blueprint Certifications are a plus but not required
● Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms
● Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
● Has the ability to create social media content for a variety of industries
● Stays up to date with all Social Media marketing industry trends

**Due to COVID-19, you will begin employment remotely. All training, meetings and discussions are
possible because of YPC Media’s ability to adapt and remain fully functional during this period of
working remotely. A maneuver to the office location will be discussed when YPC Media understands
when all employees will return to the office. YPC Media is full of self-motivated people with a lot of
