YPC Promotes From Within!

Last week we shared a little bit about the wonderful interns we have had assisting us this summer in our Tech and Production departments. As a result of our continued growth, we are happy to announce that we were able to offer full-time positions to three of our Interns! Kaelin Richards, Brianna Dioguardi, and Dan Burke will be launching a new department in our building focused on Customer Relations.

While we have always prided ourselves on exceptional customer service at YPC Media and we’re proud of our A+ Rating with Better Business Bureau, it’s time to kick it up a notch! This “Power Trio” of talented young professionals will be focused on YPC Customer Service Issues and resolving them completely, as well as our YPC Concierge Customers that are looking for that little (or a lot) extra!


The majority of our customers are small to medium sized businesses and the owners of these businesses wear a lot of hats! Sometimes that means that marketing duties take a back seat to running their business, answering the phone, and making their customers happy. That’s where the Customer Relations team comes in! Kaelin, Brianna, and Dan will be working hand in hand with these concierge customers to assist in a marketing plan for their business and establishing a follow up plan to make sure their needs are being met. They will also be handling the testimonials that we receive through our website, yellowpagecity.com., and responding to our Google + Reviews. Last but not least, they will basically oversee that YPC Media and yellowpagecity.com are properly marketed as well through our own marketing and social media campaigns. Makes sense, right?
